User Agreement

1) Download Credits / Purchases

You can purchase credits via our checkout. We accept common payment methods shown at purchase. By paying, you confirm you are the authorised payer and that your information is accurate. Prices and applicable taxes/fees are shown at checkout.

2) Use of Output

Processed outputs of your own uploads may be used per the licence in the Credits & Service Terms. You are responsible for compliance with laws, third-party rights, and any usage restrictions you apply to your own content.

3) Registration & Security

Provide accurate registration data and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify info@bloremover.com of any unauthorised use.

4) Rules of Conduct

Do not:

• Upload unlawful or infringing content;
• Interfere with the Service or other users;
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or credit accounting;
• Use automated means without permission (except documented APIs).

5) Content Management

We generally do not review all user content but may remove or restrict content that violates this Agreement or law.

6) Confidential Information

Treat non-public information about our systems and business as confidential.

7) Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, conduct, or breach of this Agreement.

8) Term & Termination

You may terminate by closing your account or emailing info@bloremover.com. We may suspend or terminate for breach or risk. Upon termination, unused credits may expire per the Credits & Service Terms and applicable law.

9) Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided “as is,” without warranties.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to £5 or the amount you paid in the month preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11) Age & Responsibility

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for use under your account.

12) Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Governing law: England and Wales. Courts: London, UK. We may agree in writing to arbitration.

13) General

Severability, no waiver, assignment (by you only with our consent; by us without consent in connection with reorganisation/transfer). This Agreement supersedes prior understandings regarding the Site’s user areas.
